Mr. Jordan practices primarily in business and real estate law with most of his time devoted to corporate and business law and major real estate transactions.

Mr. Jordan began as a law clerk with the Oregon Supreme Court before starting his practice. He had a private law practice from 1960 to 2006, including being a member of the law firm of Weatherford, Thompson, Horton & Jordan, P.C.. During a portion of those years, he was an assistant professor at Oregon State University and was involved in investment real estate.

In 2006, Mr. Jordan merged his practice with Evashevski, Elliott, Cihak & Hediger, PC.

He and his wife, Carol, live in Albany and have two children and four grandchildren.
