Ms. Nelson concentrates her practice in the areas of business, real estate, and agriculture.
Before joining the firm in the fall of 2006, Ms. Nelson served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Business Transactions Section, General Counsel Division of the State of Oregon Department of Justice.
Ms. Nelson began her legal career in England as a lawyer with Lindley Johnstone in Bristol, moving to Ireland in 1996, where she practiced with leading Dublin law firm BCM Hanby Wallace, specializing in the business, real estate, and real property development.
