Thomas B. Brookes
Mr. Brookes joined the firm in 2008 and has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1989. He focuses his practice in the areas of business, mediation, real estate, and trust and estates.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brookes was the Executive Vice President of Timberhill Corporation. From 1994 to 1998 Mr. Brookes was general counsel to Rogue Wave Software, Inc., becoming a vice president in 1996. Mr. Brookes handled the company's licensing, contracting and real estate matters. Rogue Wave grew to a multi national corporation and went public in 1996.
Mr. Brookes is a trained mediator, handling business, real estate, estate planning and family law matters. Mr. Brookes is on the mediation panels for the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Arbitration Service of Portland.
